The Grand Paddle

On JULY 1st join Heritage River Canoe & Kayak Company, area LCBO employees, local fishermen and residents for our annual Grand Paddle. This non-profit, sponsored event helps rehabilitate the Grand River Watershed.

Last year’s event generated $ 4,000.00 which went into planting over 2000
Carolinian Forest species trees at Brant Conservation Area and over 1 ton
of garbage was removed from the river between Paris and Brant Park.
This year we will be working on creek rehabilitation on Whiteman’s Creek
and will have our annual river clean-up too!
